We will be returning to the Doncaster College campus at High Melton, Yorkshire, for our 2017 Summer School.

Set in open countryside high on the hill overlooking the Dearne Valley, the 125 acre High Melton campus is built around the eighteenth century Old Hall mansion and the church of St James, with the accommodation buildings situated close by the teaching areas and theatre.

There are dedicated rehearsal and concert spaces on-site, and meals are taken in the restaurant with provision for vegetarians, vegans and those with special dietary requirements.

There is a bar with late-night opening and a variety of walks over adjacent farmland, scarps and woodland.

Although the campus is reasonably compact, there is a certain amount of walking between venues. The sleeping accommodation is situated slightly downhill of the rehearsal and concert spaces.
